Course Overview
Feeling like an imposter is extremely common, particularly in science where we frequently take on additional roles with limited (or no) training and experience! But imposter feelings can severely impact our wellbeing and limit our ability to reach our full potential.
Goals of this course
In this course you will work as a group to explore:
(i) The definition of imposter phenomenon
(ii) It’s impact on managers
(iii) How strong your imposter experiences are
(iv) Attribution bias
(v) Tackling imposter feelings with positive reframing.
